We are seeking an organized and reliable Accounting & Operations Officer to support both our financial operations and clinical team. This is a split role combining accounting responsibilities with nursing/clinical operations support, making it ideal for someone with experience in healthcare and finance, or a strong accounting background with exposure to medical workflows.
The role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring Profit & Loss (P&L), managing expenses, and assisting with operational and clinical tasks such as nurse and doctor scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Support
● Track day-to-day expenses and manage accounts payable/receivable
● Assist with invoicing and ensure timely payments from clients/patients
● Support preparation and monitoring of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
● Assist with cash flow monitoring, basic financial reporting, and projections
● Maintain accurate financial records for compliance and audit purposes
Clinical & Operational Support
● Assist with managing nurse and doctor schedules and rosters
● Maintain clinical and administrative documentation accurately
● Support patient record-keeping and other operational tasks
● Assist in reporting key operational metrics to management
● Provide general support to the clinical team to ensure smooth operations
Combined Responsibilities
● Act as a bridge between the finance and clinical teams
● Ensure processes for billing, expenses, and scheduling run efficiently
● Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in all work
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
● Formal qualification in Accountancy (CPA, CA, or equivalent)
● Experience in accounting, invoicing, and financial tracking
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to handle confidential financial and medical information
Preferred:
● Nursing qualification OR experience in healthcare/clinical operations
● Familiarity with scheduling, documentation, and workflows in a medical setting
● Experience using accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)

● Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
● Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
● Ability to multitask between financial and operational responsibilities
