The Role:
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse based in the Philippines to support and
strengthen our clinical operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate patient data, safe medication workflows, and seamless coordination between patients and doctors.
You will work closely with Australian-based clinicians and leadership to create, implement,
and maintain medical processes and procedures, while managing patient records,
medication coordination, and clinician scheduling using Halaxy.
This is a hands-on, operational role suited to a nurse who is detail-oriented,
systems-focused, and comfortable working within a structured, office-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Clinical Operations & Governance
● Assist in developing, documenting, and improving clinical processes, SOPs, and
procedures
● Ensure all workflows align with Australian clinical, regulatory, and prescribing
standards
● Support ongoing quality assurance and clinical governance requirements
2. Patient Data Review & Accuracy
● Review patient medical histories, forms, and documentation for accuracy and
completeness
● Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or red flags and escalate as required
● Maintain well-organised, compliant patient records for clinician review
3. Medication Coordination
● Manage medication ordering and coordination in line with doctor prescriptions
● Liaise with pharmacies and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment
● Maintain medication records and support safe handling and tracking processes
4. Doctor Liaison & Scheduling
● Coordinate and schedule doctor appointments and consultations
● Act as a liaison between patients and clinicians to ensure smooth communication
● Ensure clinicians are fully prepared with accurate patient information ahead of
appointments
5. Halaxy System Management
● Use Halaxy to manage patient records, appointment scheduling, and clinical
documentation
● Ensure data integrity and efficient system use across the clinical team
● Assist with optimising workflows within Halaxy as the business scales
Essential Requirements:
● Registered Nurse qualification with current nursing registration (Philippines or
recognised equivalent)
● Strong understanding of clinical documentation and patient data management
● Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
● Ability to work Australian business hours (8am–5pm AEST)
● Confident communicating with doctors and healthcare professionals
● Willingness to work full-time from an office environment (no remote work)
● Comfortable learning and using Halaxy practice management software
Highly Desirable:
● Experience working with Australian healthcare providers or telehealth services
● Experience developing or maintaining clinical SOPs and workflows
● Familiarity with medication coordination and prescribing processes
● Experience in private practice or multidisciplinary healthcare settings
