We are looking for a versatile Administrative Assistant who will primarily ensure office safety and cleanliness, manage supply procurement, and perform light maintenance. Additionally, this individual will provide dedicated administrative support to the Finance department, including data entry, scanning, and filing of receipts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Skills:
- Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities for efficient task execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for maintaining office safety and cleanliness standards.

Experience:
- Prior experience in office administration or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, inventory management, and budget tracking.
- Knowledge of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and the ability to handle minor repairs impacting office hygiene.
- Previous exposure to banking or government agency-related administrative tasks is an advantage.
- Experience in providing administrative support within a team or shared services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily office safety and cleanliness, focusing primarily on general cleaning duties.
- Manage the procurement of office and sanitary supplies, including purchasing, inventory monitoring, and budget request submission.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of supplies and submit budget requests to facilitate seamless operations.
- Handle occasional administrative tasks related to banking or government agencies, ensuring compliance.
- Perform office-related errands to support smooth daily operations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling.
- Maintain a proactive and adaptable approach to handle diverse tasks, ensuring the overall effectiveness and success of routine administrative duties and support to the shared services team.
